The business is headed up by Max Scales. Max has extensive business experience in senior executive roles within distribution, engineering, manufacturing and management consulting including working for private and public companies. Max began his business career in Personnel and Industrial Relations, moved into Marketing and Sales, and progressively became Managing Director of one of the country's largest distribution companies, a subsidiary business of a German based private company, as well as a safety products and electrical importing company.
