Max Scales is the Director of Scales Consulting Group. He has extensive business experience in senior executive roles within personnel, distribution (local & imported) engineering and manufacturing. Max has been a Chair with The Executive Connection (TEC) for the last six years. He is on several boards including SkillsPlus Ltd and AFFCO where he is chairman and he assists on the board of management of several SME’s in importing, distribution and logistics.  

In the last few years the business has focussed more on providing strategic and business advice for private companies and  SME’s and this area continues to grow. 

The strength of the business lies in the quality of service provided to clients who appreciate working with a smaller more personalised business which can still provide strategic and business outcomes based on experience and knowledge.  

The current global economy crisis has highlighted the need for business owners to look at all aspects of their business including the performances of executive management. 

We have access to a comprehensive database of candidates and we are continually working to augment our existing pool of high-quality applicants. Our extensive network of contacts developed over many years and our additional strategic alliances allow us to provide staffing at all levels. Because of our reputation a high number of applicants and assignments are sourced through referrals.
